About Summer Reading

Dear Lower School Families,

Summer is just around the corner, and with its arrival comes the opportunity to plan for great vacation reading. Our goal is to nurture a life-long love of reading, and we hope that you will promote reading on a regular basis during the summer months.  We encourage lower school students to spend twenty minutes each day sharing a book or reading independently.

You are not limited to these lists.

These lists of suggested titles are meant to spur ideas about what books your child may enjoy this summer; please feel free to explore both lower school lists, your local library, bookstore, and home library for other books your child might like to read.

Use the tabs above to navigate to the different lists or click beliow:

For more recommended titles visit the "Other Lists to Check Out" box.

Have a great summer!
